GetResponse Cost-Effective GetResponse Pricing

What is GetResponse?

Easily communicate with everyone, anywhere, any time. 350,000+ businesses trust our Email Marketing experts with unmatched deliverability so they can reach the right people at the right time.

Nevertheless, GetResponse’s focus has shifted significantly in the past few years – instead of being limited to email marketing, it’s now an e-commerce and marketing solution that meets all your needs.

With GetResponse, you have access to:

  • Add data to a mailing list
  • Contact your mailing list subscribers with emails
  • Send emails automatically with autoresponders
  • View and analyze email campaign statistics such as open rate, click through rate, and forwarded emails.

With a drag-and-drop editor and customizable designs, creating emails has never been easier.

Using sequences, triggers, and segments, you can assess what works best for your company and optimize accordingly.

GetResponse now offers additional features like website builders, chat tools, e-commerce tools, webinars, landing pages, and automated sales funnels on top of email marketing.

GetResponse Pricing & Cost

The automation features in GetResponse are easy to use and competitively priced.

As well as email marketing, GetResponse provides tools such as webinars and sales funnels.

The A/B testing tools provided by GetResponse, however, are limited and only allow for testing different subject lines.

GetResponse also permits the addition of only 8 conditions per segment.

There are four pricing tiers offered by GetResponse.

With an annual payment, customers save 18% and with a two-year payment, they save 30%.

The price of GetResponse is based on the number of contacts you have and the plan you select.

For a small team of 1,000 contacts, pricing starts at $15.

Free plans are not offered by GetResponse.

Pricing at GetResponse varies depending on the size of your mailing list, with four subscription plans available.

For annual and biennial subscriptions paid upfront, GetResponse offers discounts of 18% to 30%.

The following features are available on basic plans:

This GetResponse plan is inexpensive for beginners, and it offers email marketing, autoresponders, unlimited landing pages, automation templates, and one sale funnel.

With GetResponse, a basic plan costs $15 per month and supports up to 1000 email addresses.

In the annual plan, you get an 18% discount, and in the two-year plan, you get a 30% discount.

Basic Plan by GetResponse is ideal for beginners who want to use GetResponse’s basic features, such as Autoresponders.

Your subscribers will receive regular e-newsletters according to the frequency you choose.

GetResponse Plus would be the best option for you since the Basic Plan has limited features, and doesn’t provide useful features like automation builder.

For that, you need to consider the GetResponse Plus plan.

Prices are determined by the number of list sizes required, which you can increase by paying more depending on your business needs.

  • 1,000 contacts – $15
  • 2,500 contacts – $25
  • 5,000 contacts – $45
  • 10,000 contacts – $65
  • 25,000 contacts – $145
  • 50,000 contacts – $250
  • 100,000 contacts – $450

Plus Plan from auto funnels to team management

Add automation builder, auto funnels, contact scoring, webinars, and team management to the plus plans

In addition to offering all the features of the Basic Plan, the Plus Plan offers features such as webinar hosting, automation builder, five webinar funnels, five sales funnels, and the ability to host 100 attendees in one webinar.

GetResponse Plus offers up to 1000 list sizes for $49 per month.

Annually, you will receive an 18% discount & two-year plans will give you a 30% discount.

You will be able to host webinars when you choose the GetResponse Plus Plan, however, you cannot hold paid webinars.

The fact that the webinar tool and email database were all under one roof was very attractive.

If you want to use an automation tool to create workflows, then GetResponse Plus Plan is what you need. With this tool, you can instruct GetResponse on what to do when a user opens a specific offer or clicks on a specific link.

This is my personal favorite feature of GetResponse since it allows you to set up a complete email workflow for subscribers.

  • 1,000 contacts – $49
  • 2,500 contacts – $59
  • 5,000 contacts – $79
  • 10,000 contacts – $95
  • 25,000 contacts – $179
  • 50,000 contacts – $299
  • 100,000 contacts – $499

Professional plans include advanced automation features

This plan covers all of the features in the Plus Plan & in addition, you can build unlimited automation, host paid webinars for up to 300 attendees, build unlimited webinar funnels, etc.

Professional plans are available for GetResponse starting at $99 per month for up to a thousand lists.

You will also receive a discount on the annual or two-year plan with this plan.

With the Professional plan, all the features that you get with GetResponse Plus are increased, so the Professional plan is ideal for large businesses that have complex business needs.

You also receive the benefit of hosting paid webinars with the GetResponse Plus Plan, which will allow you to produce some more revenue.

Apart from this, all the features are the same, which is why I recommend this plan only for those looking for a higher number of features than GetResponse Plus.

  • 1,000 contacts – $99
  • 2,500 contacts – $119
  • 5,000 contacts – $139
  • 10,000 contacts – $165
  • 25,000 contacts – $255
  • 50,000 contacts – $370
  • 100,000 contacts – $580

There is no limit on the number of contacts in the Max plan, a dedicated IP address and campaign consulting.

All GetResponse features can be customized & tailored to specific business needs with our Max Plan.

GetResponse Max Plan includes all GetResponse’s features from the previous plans mentioned.

The GetResponse Max Plan comes with some additional useful features, in addition to those in the other 3 plans, namely:

  • With delivery consulting, you can look at how many of your messages end up in your recipients’ inboxes, so you can figure out how to improve the next time.
  • When a customer makes a transaction, your system will automatically generate a confirmation email for them.
  • Email campaign consulting gives you the ability to create aesthetically pleasing email campaigns by utilizing advanced segmentation tools.
  • Integrating Dynamics with Microsoft provides a wide range of marketing tools that can be used without leaving Dynamic.
  • Optimizing your online marketing campaigns for peak performance through dedicated support
  • You can increase response rates and email deliverability by using an IP address to build credibility and brand awareness among your customers

GetResponse Features

The following sections describe the key features of GetResponse.

Webinar Integration

You can host product announcements, demos, and training sessions using GetResponse’s webinar platform, which seamlessly integrates with GetResponse email marketing. Participants can share presentations, participate in chats, polls, share desktops, manage attendees, and talk to each other via VoIP.

GetResponse also allows users to choose whether their webinar is password protected or open to everyone.

Landing Page Builder

With GetResponse, you can build 100% responsive landing pages and web forms using the drag-and-drop feature.

It takes just minutes to create sales pages, webinar invitations, thank you pages, opt-in forms, about me pages, and download pages.

The company provides users with advanced tools for testing, analyzing, and optimizing their landing pages in order to increase conversion rates.

Marketing Automation

Marketers can create scalable workflows based on an individual’s customer journey when they use GetResponse’s marketing automation features.

Autoresponders can be configured to send out messages based on relevant actions taken by the recipients, offering personalized one-to-one responses.

Users can also segment their contacts into subgroups and then tailor email campaigns accordingly with GetResponse’s advanced segmentation tools.

Comprehensive Reporting

The reporting capabilities of GetResponse are robust.

In the dashboard, a couple of simple reports display raw numbers and pie charts that offer an overview of a campaign’s success.

Further details can be found in the Email Analytics section, including a line graph for clicks, unsubscribes, opens, complaints, and bounces.

In addition, it is possible to see which subscribers within their email list performed any given action for every report.

Final Thoughts

We hope you enjoyed our blog post on the GetResponse pricing.

We know that our pricing can be a bit of a shock to some people, but there is a significant discount for features that get used.
